The Finnish Ski Jumpers Association, or whatever you call it, has suspended a ski jumper named Harri Olli for the rest of the sporting year.

The 22-year-old athlete failed to show up an an official party organized by the skiing federation. But what he did not fail to do  was getting wasted that same night. Supposedly he also bored two sports journalists to death with a story about him having sex with two women at the same time ! What a player !

According to the vice president of the Finnish Ski Jumping Federation, or whatever you call it, an athlete has to be on his best behavior at all times. Even when not on the ski slope. This is why he is suspended for such a long time.

Our player, Olli, was a part of the Finnish team that won the silver medal at the last Ski Jumping World Cup.

I think he should get a medal for being a cool drunk !

A 29 year old Belorussian is happy to be alive. Local police found him on the street and decided to rush him to the hospital. Doctors measured a deadly blood alcohol level: 1170mg per 100 ml blood. This was 22 times the amount allowed to drive a motorvehicle and twice the amount usually considered lethal.

According to the doctors the reason for this insane level of intoxication was the fact that the guy finished five bottles of vodka in record time. The drunk was unconscious for two consecutive days. "When he opened his eyes, he had a bit of a headache", one of the doctors told the press.
